Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, Men’s Socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and email you within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include all original tags.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return center at:

  5. Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
