Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our performance apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, Men’s Socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Get Approval – We’ll review your request and email return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package Items – Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
